your FULL payment and completed camp application form, confirmation will be sent
via E-mail.
Please be sure to include your Email address, as well as your parent’s
Email address, on the application form.
Email
address must be able to receive attachments and mail from SchneckVBall@aol.com.
If
you do not receive confirmation in 1 week, email us, as we may have made a
mistake in your email address.
If
you do not have access to E-mail, your cancelled check will serve as your
confirmation.
All camp information, including Directions, Itinerary, Parent Info, What
to bring etc. will be posted on our website.

PLEASE
DO NOT REQUEST ROOMMATES ON YOUR APPLICATION FORM.
If you have a particular person whom you wish to room with, you must MAIL
in your applications & fees together in the same
envelope.
If
you do not send in your form with someone else’s, we will assume you do not
have a roommate request, and you will be assigned one.
Dorm
rooms are set up to accommodate doubles
as well as Triples.
If you have requests for other campers to be next to or near your
room, you may also include their forms in the same envelope.
Be sure to staple the forms of the campers who are supposed to room
together.
If there are more than 3 applications in the same envelope, please include
a rooming list.

Applicants
are encouraged to register prior
to June
1st to take advantage of our discounts as well as our 2008
Camp T-shirt, water bottle & neck

offer. Camp fills early!
Space
is limited. Registration
is on a first received basis. Deposits
are not accepted.
Applications received without full payment will not be registered until
full payment has been received.

RESERVATIONS
Phone/Email
reservations will be taken to hold a spot/s
however, application and FULL
PAYMENT
must
be received within 4
mailing days
or
the
reservation will be cancelled.
Reservations
taken within 14 days or less of the start of the camp’s session must be sent
overnight
AND
must include a Money Order for payment.
If
you use express mail please do not request a return receipt
as this
will delay the delivery because someone has to be available to sign for it.
Upon receipt you will receive an email confirmation.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
Day
Camp—$75 cancellation fee.
Development
Camp—$100 cancellation fee up to March 1st, After March 1st $200.
Team Camp cancellations, at any time, will forfeit their entire Court Fee
as the cancellation fee for the group’s cancellation. (See website for further
info.)
In
addition to the cancellation fee, ALL campers will be assessed for any
additional charges we incur, and can not recoup, at the time of the
cancellation.
Such items include Dining, Housing & Staffing Costs.
Medical Excuses do not relieve the camper of the cancellation fees.
If
camp fills,
you will not be assessed the additional charges.
ALL refunds will be mailed out after
we receive our invoice from URI.
Typically after September
15th,
2008.
This allows us to determine whether we are able to refund Dining &
Housing fees.
