Day Camp — $75 cancellation fee. 

Development Camp — $100 cancellation fee up to March 31st, After March 31st $200. 

Team Camp cancellations, at any time, will forfeit their entire Court Fee as the cancellation fee for the group’s cancellation. 

In addition to the cancellation fee, ALL campers will be assessed for any additional charges we incur, and can not recoup, at the time of the cancellation. Such items include Dining, Housing & Staffing Costs. Medical Excuses do not relieve the camper of the cancellation fees. However, if the camp fills in your session you will not be assessed the additional charges. ALL refunds will be mailed out after we have received invoices from URI for Dining, Housing & Facility Fees.  This is typically 30 days after the last camp has ended.
