2010 DISCOUNTS

DISCOUNTs are TO BE TAKEN IMMEDIATELY OFF each camper’s REGISTRATION FEE.  Discounts may only be used once per person, not per registration.  Maximum discount $20.  REIMBURSEMENTS will not be given FOR DISCOUNTS Not deducted from initial fees.  Unless otherwise noted, ALL Discounts expire 6/1/10.

 

$20 EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT:  May not be combined with ANY other discounts.  ALL CAMPERS ARE ELIGIBLE. CAMPERS MUST HAVE APPLICATION & FEE POSTMARKED AND MAILED BY March 31, 2010. Discount expires on April 1st. Applications received postmarked in April or later will not be eligible for the $20 discount.

OR:

$20 TEAM CAMP DISCOUNT - May not be combined with ANY other discounts.  ALL CAMPERS WHO ARE PART OF A TEAM THAT HAS RESERVED AN ENTIRE OR PARTIAL COURT ARE ELIGIBLE.  ALL Information MUST be mailed in by the Team Representative in 1 envelope.  Envelope needs to include:  Player Application Forms, Individual Player Fee Payments less $20, Player Medical Form, Team Roster, Rooming List & Coach’s Instructions.  Discount is to be taken immediately off each players' Individual Player fee or it will be forfeited.  Discount expires on May 31st. Applications received postmarked in June or later will not be eligible for the $20 discount.

$10 GROUP DISCOUNT - May be combined with Returning Camper OR Family Discount, NOT both.In order to receive the discount, 6 or more registration forms must be MAILED together in the same envelope.  Discount expires on June 1st. Applications received postmarked in June or later will not be eligible for the $10 discount. $10 Discount is to be immediately deducted from the camper's total registration fee.  Discount includes any combination of Individual,Team, Elite or Junior Day Campers.  Discount may only be taken ONE time/person.

$10 RETURNING CAMPER DISCOUNT— For campers returning from 2009 Summer Camp.  May be combined with Group OR Family Discount, NOT both.

FAMILY DISCOUNT—$10 DISCOUNT OFF EACH ADDITIONAL FAMILY MEMBER’S APPLICATION. (not 1st applicant’s)  May be combined with Group OR Returning Camper Discount, NOT both.

** ATTENTION MULTIPLE CAMPERS In addition to any of the above discounts, Resident campers who attend both sessions of the Development Camp will receive FREE interim dining, & housing. Commuters may deduct $25 from their 2nd camp’s fee.  Junior Day Campers who attend both sessions may deduct $15 off their 2nd camp’s fee.
